What are role accounts (or role addresses)?
Role accounts are email addresses are used by a team or group of people for a certain function (sales@, admin@, ….) and are not used for personal communication.
Emails sent to a role accounts are distributed to a number of recipients and this group of people will change over time. Therefore it is not possible to received permission from each recipient in the group, and your emails will likely be marked as SPAM.
Bottom line, do not email role accounts and regularly review your list for them.
