If the GDPR consent checkbox was added to your subscription form, the consent information will be stored on the contact’s profile page. Note the consent is stored per list.

From the contact’s profile page, the ‘Contact lists‘ tab shows the subscription status for each contact list.

For a subscription via a form, the consent information stored includes the date, form name, link to preview the form, the consent text, and IP address. To download the consent information, click the ‘cog’ icon next to the subscription details of the list and select ‘Download consent proof‘.
