Cancelling a Scheduled Message
Once you’ve composed a message, you have the option to send it straight away or schedule it to be sent later. Credit will only be taken once the message has been sent.
You can view your scheduled messages by clicking on ‘message history’ in the left-hand panel.
From here, you can click the ‘scheduled’ tab to see all your scheduled messages.
To cancel a scheduled message, click on the three dots in the action column, where you’ll see the option to ‘cancel send’.
