Your IP has been blacklisted (Shared IPs)
We have observed that blacklisting is most commonly associated with an abusive sender who negatively impacted the reputation of one of our shared IPs before Esendex terminated their account. While our goal is to prevent any of our IPs from ending up on a blacklist, it’s essential to understand that being listed doesn’t always result in a negative impact on your emails. Blacklisting can occur with shared IP pools across all email service providers.
If you are experiencing deliverability issues such as bounced messages or emails landing in spam folders, it could be related to blacklisting. In such cases, please reach out to our support team with the following details:
- Subject: Blacklisted IP
- Email Body:
- IP address:
- Issue Description:
Example: Bounces due to blacklisting (provide a few examples of affected recipients and the bounce error) or emails landing in spam folders (share a few examples and the headers of the emails, if possible).
- However, if you are not currently facing deliverability problems, we recommend you keep a close eye on your email sending’s. In case you notice any negative changes in your deliverability, please promptly contact us with the relevant information.
We are committed to maintaining the best email delivery service possible, and your cooperation in addressing these issues is highly appreciated.
